Attorney Laccavole has over thirty-five years of significant litigation experience in state and federal courts and before all types of ADR forums. He is admitted to practice law in Connecticut, New York, the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut, the United States Court of Appeals, Second Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States. He is AV® Preeminent™ Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell®.
The primary focus of Attorney Laccavole’s practice is the litigating of insurance related claims, automobile negligence claims (including uninsured and underinsured motorist claims), premises liability claims, and insurance coverage disputes. He also litigates employment related claims on behalf of employers. He has tried dozens of cases to verdict and has argued appeals in the Appellate court of the State of Connecticut, the Connecticut Supreme Court and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. A growing part of his practice consists of acting as a Mediator and Arbitrator to assist in the resolution of various types of claims.
Attorney Laccavole received his BS degree from Fairfield University in 1975 and his JD degree from St. John’s University School of Law in 1978. Attorney Andrew McPherson focuses his practice on general litigation and appeals.
