William J. Kupinse Jr. has been providing clients with solid legal solutions for over 50 years. He earned his J.D. from Cornell University Law School, graduating with distinction in 1964. He was admitted that same year to the Connecticut Bar and the U.S. District Court, District of Connecticut. He was also admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals, 2nd Circuit in 1971 and the U.S. Tax Court in 1971. He also served as First Selectman, Town of Easton, from 1997-2007. Attorney Laccavole has over thirty-five years of significant litigation experience in state and federal courts and before all types of ADR forums. He is admitted to practice law in Connecticut, New York, the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut, the United States Court of Appeals, Second Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States. The primary focus of Attorney Laccavole’s practice is the litigating of insurance related claims, automobile negligence claims (including uninsured and underinsured motorist claims), premises liability claims, and insurance coverage disputes. He also litigates employment related claims on behalf of employers. He has tried dozens of cases to verdict and has argued appeals in the Appellate court of the State of Connecticut, the Connecticut Supreme Court and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. A growing part of his practice consists of acting as a Mediator and Arbitrator to assist in the resolution of various types of claims.
Attorney Laccavole received his BS degree from Fairfield University in 1975 and his JD degree from St. John’s University School of Law in 1978. Attorney Flynn has practiced in the area of trusts and estates and probate work for over forty years. His practice includes estate planning, wills and death taxation issues as well as planning issues for the elderly. In addition to his probate practice, Attorney Flynn has also represented numerous clients in the area of eminent domain proceedings.
He is admitted to the practice of law in Connecticut and the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut, the United States Second Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
Attorney Flynn received his BS Degree from Boston College in 1965, his J.D. Degree from Georgetown University in 1968 and his LL.M. in Taxation from New York University Law School in 1971.

Attorney Andrew McPherson focuses his practice on general litigation and appeals.
